At FINOPOLIS 2019 we talked with the Chairman of the Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, and Olga Skorobogatova about the BitRussia project and its opportunities in the Russian market.

• the BitRussia platform was created in full compliance with the new law 259FZ “On Operators of Investment Platforms...”,
• the platform infrastructure will allow individuals and legal entities to interact within the framework of investment activities without intermediaries,
• the platform will allow projects to attract investment and tokenize businesses through the issuance and execution of digital rights, and individuals and companies will be able to invest in these projects, purchase, sell, exchange and utilize these digital rights.
