Digital financial assets in Russia

Co-founder of the BitRussia platform Stepan Kuznetsov took part in a webinar about the finances of the Bank of Russia on the platform "Fintrack".

In this webinar, we discussed a new investment instrument and the market it creates – digital financial assets (DFAs). DFA are digital rights, including monetary claims, the ability to exercise rights under issue-grade securities, rights to participate in the capital of a non-public joint-stock company, the right to demand the transfer of issue-grade securities, which are provided for by the decision on the issue of DFA.
