In the fall of 2017, a meeting was held with the working group of the Bank of Russia, where I talked about the crypto industry and blockchain technologies, and also presented the concept of an investment platform and drew attention to the potential and risks of this new industry.

Within 2 years from that meeting, basic legislation on digital rights appeared in Russia, and I managed to design and develop the first version of a solution that complies with the emerging regulation and is even slightly ahead of it.

In fact, the initial project of an investment platform should develop into a financial infrastructure - a fintech ecosystem with the ability to issue, trade and execute digital rights, allowing tokenization to be introduced into the business models of various industries.
